Carol Swendsen fulfilled a lifelong dream when she moved to Central Oregon in 2005. Her passion for the outdoors fuels her desire to hike, bike, stand up paddleboard, skate ski, snowshoe, and show her beautiful BLM horses in the Wildhorse Circuit.  With 35 years of entrepreneurial experience, Carol has opened and operated multiple fitness facilities and wellness centers. She is a certified fitness instructor, including Zumba, Piyo, Turbo kick, and Aerobics. Her passion for Real Estate and helping others inspired her to become a broker. Carol has sold numerous residential homes, Hobby Farms,  large farms, and Luxury Properties throughout Oregon. She also has expertise with 1031 exchanges and Commercial Real Estate.
